Need to view, reschedule, or cancel your appointment? Here's how to manage your booking.

How to Access Your Appointment Details

There are three main ways to manage your appointment:

Option 1: Log into the Customer Portal

Click the button below to go to the Setmore login page. You can log in or create a profile using the email address you used when booking.

If you've never logged in before, you can create a customer account using the same email you used when booking. Once logged in, you'll see a list of your upcoming appointments, which you can easily cancel or reschedule. Creating an account also makes future bookings faster and gives you access to your appointment history.

Go to Customer Portal / Login

Option 2: Use Your Confirmation Email

1. Find the original appointment confirmation email sent by Setmore when you booked.

2. Check your spam or junk folder if you can't find it.

3. Click the "Manage Appointment" or similar link/button within that email. This will take you directly to your appointment details without needing to log in separately.

Option 3: Check Your Text Messages (SMS)

If you opted-in for SMS notifications when booking:

1. Check your phone's text messages from around the time you booked.

2. Look for a message from Setmore containing a link to manage your appointment.

3. Clicking this link should also take you directly to your appointment details.

Viewing Your Appointment

Once you've accessed your details (via portal, email, or SMS link):

- You should see your upcoming appointment(s) listed.

- Click on the specific appointment to view its full details (date, time, barber, service).

Rescheduling Your Appointment

Once viewing your appointment details:

1. Look for a "Reschedule" or "Edit" button/link.

2. Click it and follow the prompts to select a new date and time.

3. Confirm the changes. You should receive an updated confirmation email.

Canceling Your Appointment

Once viewing your appointment details:

1. Look for a "Cancel" or "Delete" button/link.

2. Click it and confirm the cancellation when prompted.

3. You should receive a cancellation email.

Please note: We appreciate cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

Check your spam/junk folder, or search for "Setmore" in your inbox.

Quick Questions

What if I never got an email or SMS?

If you didn't receive a confirmation email or SMS, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, you can:

  • Try logging into the customer portal using the email you provided during booking
  • Contact us directly with your name and appointment time
  • Book a new appointment if you're unsure about the status of your previous booking
  • Create a Setmore customer account with the email you used to book and check for your appointment in the portal
Can I cancel without logging in?

Yes, you can cancel without logging in if you have your confirmation email or SMS. Simply:

  • Open your confirmation email or SMS
  • Click the "Manage Appointment" link
  • Follow the prompts to cancel your appointment

If you don't have access to your confirmation, you'll need to log in to the customer portal or contact us directly.

How soon before my appointment can I cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 1 hour before your scheduled time. However, we appreciate:

  • 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible
  • Same-day rescheduling if you need to change your time
  • Contacting us directly if you need to cancel within the hour

Please note: Late cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.

I booked without entering an email and didn't get a confirmation—what should I do?

If you booked an appointment without entering an email address or didn't opt into SMS notifications, you may not receive a confirmation message from Setmore.

  • Unfortunately, you won't be able to access or manage your appointment online in this case.
  • Please call the shop directly with your full name, phone number, and the time you booked so we can look it up and assist you manually.
